damage/loss during transit. Customers should ensure secure fastening of luggage.
Interior Space Usage: Overloading the car's interior with additional luggage on empty

New Car Promise
Vehicle Age: The provided vehicle will be newer than 2022.
Damage Reporting: Customers should report any visible external or internal damage to

Model Guarantee: There is no specific guarantee on the brand/model of the car, except
for specific bookings like Innova and Innova Crysta.
Multiple Pick-up & Drop
The charge for this special service covers only the driver’s time to accommodate additional pickups and
drop-offs.
If the kilometers travelled exceed your itinerary package kilometers, an additional charge will apply as
per the extra kilometer rates.
This service allows a maximum of 3 pickups and/or drop-offs, which can only be availed in the source or
the destination city respectively.
Pickups and drop-offs in cities enroute are not permitted.
